• Don't bother asking, bestbuy employees are some of the most poorly informed customer service representatives. In fact, I have tried to talk to bestbuy chat online multiple times, and they didn't even know that apple products no longer receive any membership reward points, an event that had already taken place over a year ago. These people are completely ignorant. Your best bet is to email the company that released this game.
