“I attached the vent for outside ventilation, but the unit is still recirculating back into the house. How do I only have it vent outside ?”

You also need to turn the fan around. There are couple of screws (about 3 or 4) keeping the fan in place. You will have to remove those screws, pull up and turn the fan towards outside mode. Then screw down the fan back in place.

To convert a non-vented (internally vented) microwave from recirculating into the room to venting outside, the blower motor will need to be rotated to either the vertical exhaust position or the rear horizontal exhaust position. Instructions on how to do this with your model can be found in the installation instructions (linked on our website) on pages 13 - 14 (for top exhaust) or 18 - 20 (for rear exhaust).
