They will let you return and I believe you have month or two to decide! They have a person who face times with you to make sure you understand everything! They are very helpful! Even for tech challenged like me

Please try again later.I’ve had a collar have issues and halo sent me a nee one immediately then i just printed out the shipping label they emailed me and put the old collar in the same fedex bag snd send it back. Very easy to work with and customer satisfaction seams to be their top priority.
