They will let you return and I believe you have month or two to decide! They have a person who face times with you to make sure you understand everything! They are very helpful! Even for tech challenged like me

60 days is standard for returns but it can be extended to 90 days if you will work with Halo to resolve issues.

I think Halo has a 60 day return window.  I have heard it's not super easy to do it but you can.

The product is usually returned through Halo. I returned mine through Halo and the new one was shipped from Best Buy.

I’ve had a collar have issues and halo sent me a nee one immediately then i just printed out the shipping label they emailed me and put the old collar in the same fedex bag snd send it back. Very easy to work with and customer satisfaction seams to be their top priority.
