I did not get an email with the code and when i asked BB customer service, they told me to wait 24hrs and I would get it. still haven't yet. .

Check your email, you should have received an email from best buy with the code in it for the pre order bonus.

Mine was sent to the email I used to place the pre-order. Check there first, but maybe call customer service if not.
