Can this chop up to a fine powderish like texture? null

In my experience, it does not get to a fine powdering texture. I have put cashews in and it will chop them very finely, but still much more chunky than a powder. I am considering getting a spice grinder for powders.

Yes. Not very fine but it does a good job. I use it to grind coffee.

Yes, if you leave it running; but mostly I like the way it dices if you pulse it. I can also shred cabbage and carrots with the disc for coleslaw.
