- Answer I recently brought in a Desktop PC that needed a new hard drive installed plus windows. They reviewed my computer and make some suggestions on which hard drive to purchase and install. They explained how much it would cost for them to install and protect my computer in case I needed additional help in the next year. It was a great experience. Well worth it.
