QuestionHey. My pc is currently showing higher then normal temps and I would like to ask if there was a possibility of geek squad being able to replace the thermal paste on my cpu cooler and clean out my pc as I lack the resources to do a through cleaning!

- Answer In your search bar in google, chrome, duck duck go or whatever search engine you use and put in the word "Geek Squad". Click on it, open appointments or go to the bottom page and click on "chat". In the chat box, put in "installation" and the chat box will help you. Or call the phone number provided on the web site and the operator will help set you up for an installation.

QuestionMy boss has a HP Photosmart 7520 he says it won't print and someone told him it's the pump motor? Can Geek Sauad tell me if there is an option where I can fix it myself or if not, can GS do it in store? Thank you.

- Answer I am not familiar with a pump motor however the geek squad replaced the internal batteries on two of my HP laptops and they are bith working great now. I had to take the laptops in first for them to look at them then I was informed of what part to buy ( which I purchased on Amazon) and i bought the laptops in with the purchased part and the replaced the batteries. I perfered that they placed the parts in and nit myself. Go online and chat or take the machine in and let the geek squad analyze the situation first for free then make your decision.
