- Answer Hi there. Thank you for reaching out about this! Gaming PCs are incredible, for sure! We wouldn't be able to upgrade the RAM before a pre-built would ship. So, there's two ways you can do this. You can either choose a different pre-built that has your desired amount of memory and other specs or we could ship the PC to your local Best Buy store, upgrade the RAM there and then you pick it up. The $39.99 service would not cover the entire installation as that is generally just meant for one part.
