No, the citation 100 is not made for outside use. As expensive as they are. I would keep them inside.

Yes I’m using this speaker outside and inside the home. Great sound overall.

Not ideal because it does not have a battery also not waterproof. Thar said if you have an outlet you can plug into it does sound great!
