• Yes, as long as your T.V. has bluetooth or a aux output.

• Yes, bit if you are planning to leave it long term, you can get better tv sound for a fraction of the price with a decent soundbar.

• Absolutely! Our device is connected to a smaller TV with lousy internal speakers. It works great. I disconnect the audio cable whenever I want the device to be portable.

• Yes you can use this speaker on your tv if the tv has a 3.5mm output jack, otherwise you will need to find a way to get from TosLink optical to 3.5mm, but its doable.
