• I never have a problem connecting. Product seems to work best when devices are 50 ft or less from one anither

• On paper, 10 meters or 33 feet for class 2 bluetooth range. Bluetooth v3.0 sends up to 24Mbit/s making it stream very fast. My personal experience was roughly 40 feet.
