If you've had awhile you might have over charged the battery. If not its a manufacturer defect. Either way contact the company and send it in, it might be under warranty.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have checked that there is electrical current through outlet you are using and charged inserted properly then I would just take it back and have it checked. Is there a reset botton? Could also be the charger it self.
