• Yes, but only on the Studio 2 version. The older version does not give you the aux option.

• If your MP3 player has a headphone jack output, you could connect that to the 3.5 mm input jack on the back of this speaker with an appropriate cable/cord.

• Yes. You can play anything with a 3mm headphone jack. Or Bluetooth of course.

• I haven't done it but I don't know why it wouldn't work. I have my connected to the audio output of a small TV with lousy internal speakers. It works great. When I want it to be portable, I just disconnect the audio cabel.
