Probably, but is it a good idea? No, probably not, as this is a fast e-bike and kids are generally not mature enough to carefully follow the rules. If the speed can be limited to 15 and he/she is responsible, then it may work out. Most of the bans are unfortunately from younger people riding too fast through other riders without the proper safety equipment. You are by far the best person to know how your kids behave and if you think it will work.

No, to complicated, and to fast in my opinion, for A 8 year old.

Too fast and heavy. I am 6ft and barely touch the ground.
