A: It’s all waterproof but def not going to hold up if fully submerged. I’d worry more about the gears and other mechanical parts rusting if it consistently was downpoured on. I’ve ridden in the rain a few times and had no issues if that helps. I believe these tires would eat through snow with ease; however, salt on the roads from plows will definitely kick up on the bike so I’d for sure clean it after each use and get some kind of thermal cover for the battery if it will be exposed to extreme cold for long periods unused
Q: What is the maximum operating range mean? What does it effect on this bike?
A: It means on no pedal assist it can go that far between charges but higher the pedal assist lvl the more battery it uses cause you go faster and if you have it all the way up you can go like 28 mph for 8 miles plus with no issues
A: One year
A: The bike is very quiet
Q: What is the weight limit? My son is 300 lbs.
A: As with any e bike, the heavier you are the faster you drain the battery depending on how far your traveling..Use pedal assist when you can to increase your range.
Q: Does the charger come with it?
A: Yes
Q: Would an 8 yr old be able to ride it?
A: Probably, but is it a good idea? No, probably not, as this is a fast e-bike and kids are generally not mature enough to carefully follow the rules. If the speed can be limited to 15 and he/she is responsible, then it may work out. Most of the bans are unfortunately from younger people riding too fast through other riders without the proper safety equipment. You are by far the best person to know how your kids behave and if you think it will work.

Absolutely love this thing. Ships with throttle restricted to 20mph. Can be adjusted in settings to hit around 28 in pedal assist. Wish the brakes were hydraulic at those speeds. Shipping was two days and no damage; however rear tire had lower tire pressure than the front did. No leaks in it and I found the ride actually a little more comfortable lowering it some in the rear. Double check the spacing on the brake pads in the calipers. Mine were both running a little but was a quick adjustment. Battery will drain after like 2 hours of riding at max speed; however, I like pedal assist 2 mode(13-15ish) it’ll make it almost the whole 48. I suggest a bag for the rack. I keep bungees in it. Use the bike often to run to the store to grab small items and to the gas station to get a bundle of firewood to bungee down to the rack. Works fine. I’ve bungees fishing poles and gear to it and road right along the river fishing. The off road is amazing. Definitely purchase a handlebar bike mirror for the left side if you are in the US. I got a meachow brand that folds so when I bring it in for the night or lock it next to other bikes it’s not dinging around. I really wish I would have purchased two. I just hit the 250 mile mark on the odometer and have barely had it a month and a half. It is a lot bigger in person. I’m 5’8” and just barely raised the seat so I can get the suspension feel in the ride and I can hardly reach the ground full vertical. Folding is fun but it’s so heavy (90lbs) I don’t bother much easier to use the handle to lift it while it’s not folded.

This bike performs well. Goes up hills with ease. Plenty of torque. The display is pretty nice. I have put almost 200 miles on it in the past week and a half since I bought it. Every time I'm out someone stops me to ask about it. The assembly was pretty easy and didn't take long. Overall it's a great bike. The brakes are good enough for me but most people think they are a little weak. The brakes were out of adjustment out of the box. I had to YouTube how to adjust them. They were rubbing and making allot of noise when not even using them. They are a little noisy when using which will make people turn there head. The seat is pretty uncomfortable. You will probably want to replace it. It will probably be my first upgrade. I average about 22 miles per charge. That is mostly using throttle so don't expect anything close to the advertised because it is a pretty small battery. I would like a second one but they are sold out. Hopefully they will have batteries again. This bike is a lot of fun. I use it on almost a daily basis.

I cannot express in words how much I love this bike. First, the breaks aren’t great. Second this bike is great anyway. Great speed, good range, the stock seat is comfortable, it is not too bad to put together. But I just can’t ride this bike enough. The shocks are great for city riders smoothing out curbs and potholes. I have 400 miles on mine and it seems to be holding up fine. I would definitely recommend this bike and I would buy this bike again.
