Putting it together was a pain. i ended up damaging the bike while putting it together. The back rack was partly connected, and i ended up breaking the wires that went to the tail light. The instructions were not entirely clear due to a lack of words explaining how to put the bike together. The milage is based on being 165 pounds. At my weight, the milage is still good, and getting a replacement tail light from the website is possible, but i broke the shimono 7 speed shifter as well. they dont have that on their site at time of posting. Speed is good, but if you plan to speed hack an e-bike to make it go faster, this isnt the bike for oyu. You can go into the settings, but you have half the settings as other ebikes. I repeat, you can't speed hack the bike. Overall I would say this bike is high quality and fun/easy to use. It is shipped very securely and fairly easy to put together, I would recommend going to the website and watching the video if you have troubles. It has a lot of ways to adjust the seat and handle bars for your comfort, many nice functions (5 settings for pedal assist, mileage and time of each ride that resets each use, and can also be used fully electric with no pedals or just as a regular 7 speed bike. Charging the bike is simple and you can easily take the battery out if you need to lock up the bike and take it with you (lock not included). The headlight, taillight, loud horn, and fat tires make for good safety features. So far I have gotten the bike up to 24 mph, it struggles a little going fully electric uphill or against the wind (about 12mph-20mph). The tires could use a better liner because I already got a flat in the back tire and it seems to be from a goathead. I do wish the shocks were adjustable because I weigh 170 lbs and the shocks seem to bottom out a bit when going over bumps. When going max speed the 7 speed gear isn’t high enough to feel resistance on the pedals which would be nice. Other than that, I feel it is good quality, fun, and a pretty slick bike. I have already received a lot of compliments on it and plan on keeping it.

So far I had this for about a month and it’s Heavy but super fast! I really enjoy it! It last for an awhile; so far I went about 3 hours on it without the battery dying but I was peddling for some of it. It’s comfy and wheels are big and nice to go on pretty much anything. Just heavy but there’s a big battery. I enjoy it. The only down part is that my pedal thread wasn’t good and it not there. So I have to figure out about my warrenty or something to get the thread rethreaded so I can reattach my pedal for my foot rest.

Easy to assemble and has plenty of power and rides super smooth. I really enjoy the ride.

Purchasing this bike was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in over 20 years. It’s great, I received it the days we had a big snow storm but it’s perfect for the snow and all other conditions and terrain. It’s good for exercise when needed and perfect when you want to be lazy haha. My best purchase by far and I love it, getting my partner one soon hopefully.

I recently purchased a Hiboy EX6 electric bike, and I must say the experience has been great! The bike arrived in good condition, and I was able to assemble it myself in about 30 minutes using the clear instructions and the helpful YouTube installation video. It was a rewarding experience that gave me a sense of accomplishment. After assembling, I encountered an issue where the bike wouldn’t power on. I immediately reached out to Hiboy’s customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful. They patiently explained that the key on the battery has three positions: Unlock, Off, and On. They guided me to turn the key to the "On" position before pressing the button on the display, and it worked perfectly! Thanks to the fantastic customer support and the user-friendly design, I’m now enjoying my new bike. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

Incredible purchase. I do not need a car at all. I work from home, so this bike saves me so much money on gas and insurance. It rides like a smooth, and can handle most terrains. I definitely rccomend the bike.

Bought this bike to use for travel but also to see if i can take it out for fishing spots, it was an easy assmbly but the breaks have to be adjusted. The breaks started to make noises on the second ride but other than that it works well.

This electric bicycle is very comfortable to ride and feels good. But the only drawback was that the left pedal they sent me was a problem, but as soon as I contacted the hiboy official and asked me to provide a photo and order number of the pedal, I agreed to send a new pedal. After-sales is very good, and the car itself is very good.

This bike is high quality. The bike is super fast so be careful on those turns. Heat motor, and quality brakes!

Almost the right size for me. Except seat is a little high me being 5”3 little challenge.

WOW Blew me away! bought Wife & my self one! easy to assemble. powerful, fun and exciting. battery long lasting. ride everyday. very very happy. i found it is way better then most. at 69 I had no problems LOVE IT. Both of us have have to take camping, and riding the power lines make this an all terrain and does very will. Rides great on the street too! Did I Say FUN, it really is. We ride right by traffic where we would not bother with the car in tourist aeras.

This bad boy is fast. You can either go full motor on it and get up to about 30-35 mph from what I could get out of it,or if you use pedal assist you can bump this thing all the way up to 40 mph. Absolutely insane. With the range of 75 miles I never need to worry about not being able to make it to my destination and did I mention it was durable? First day I took it out I was hit by a truck. This bike took it like a champ. A few scrapes on the metal but otherwise it's still in perfect condition. If you need a bike that will get you places this is the bike for you.

I purchased one for mysel and wife. it was easy to assemble. it's powerful, fun and exciting. battery is long lasting. we ride everyday, and are very very happy with them. no complaints. I am 74, we take them camping, to ride in resort and touring. we ride right by traffic where we would not bother with the car in tourist aeras. we also ride trails and powelines trails and these handles very well on all terrains. FUN. LOVE THEM

Ease of Assembly: The straightforward instructions and included tools made the assembly process quick and hassle-free. Design: The step-through design is particularly women-friendly, making it easy for me to hop on and off without any struggle. Removable Battery: I love the fact that the battery is easily removable, allowing me to charge it indoors without moving the entire bike. Dual Mode Acceleration: The option to use the throttle for quick acceleration or to pedal when the battery is low gives me great flexibility and peace of mind on longer rides. Ride Comfort: The bike rides very smoothly, making my commuting and leisure rides extremely comfortable. Great bike, quick, easy to ride, and handles well for the size. Brakes does make noises and will go away once you start riding it more. Battery does last awhile and did over 15 miles without charging is a plus. I would recommend this bike.

I bought two thinking they would be easy to put together and nice to have. What you find when you open the box and assemble the product is it a complete joke. The instructions are a waste of time because they leave out about a 1/3 of what needs to be done. I googled it and found a video from the company that makes it look like it takes five minutes to put it together -- it doesn't. Overall, it is not too complicated, but the brakes are a nightmare unless you like to hear the disc rub against the pad. All four had to be tweaked, re-tweaked and then tweaked again. One was so bad, the tire would not ever move. The disc and was locked in the pads requiring me to take the entire assembly off. The nice part is you are made to feel like a complete idiot because when you watch the video the person says "If you assembled it correctly, you will not hear any noise when you spin the tire. There isn't much to do wrong unless you think the pedal is the front tire. But that doesn't stop the stupid thing from grinding like my teeth. Also, not sure if the quality control is good overall. One reflector was placed correctly and on the left side of the handlebars while the other was on the right side and was installed upside down. The chain had come off one of them when I pulled it out of the box which makes me wonder how far I will get before it decides to come off again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Again, I bout two and they were both a disaster to get together "correctly". Given what they were like right out of the box I do not have faith that they will last very long.

But It's annoying because I have to consistently tweak and retweak. But it was a rewarding experience that gave me a sense of accomplishment. With in 10 days the brakes failed completely and had to reach out to the company to get it fixed. But still I need to get the thread rethreaded so I can reattach my pedal for my foot rest. Thanks to the fantastic customer support and the user-friendly design, I’m now enjoying my new bike. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
