• It means on no pedal assist it can go that far between charges but higher the pedal assist lvl the more battery it uses cause you go faster and if you have it all the way up you can go like 28 mph for 8 miles plus with no issues

• Under the best possible conditions- rider weight, wind, hills, that's the farthest it will go on a charge.
