I never thought I’d be an e-bike person, but I am so glad I gave the Heybike a chance. First, they made it easy to assemble. Second, the bike itself: the pedal-assist power is a total game changer—I get to enjoy the fresh air, stay active, and actually keep up without feeling like I’m struggling to catch my breath. The built-in safety features give me real peace of mind, too. The headlamp, taillights, and even the turn signals make me feel so much more visible and confident on the road (plus they’re cute!) And the ride itself? Honestly, surprisingly comfortable. The fat tires soak up bumps, and the cushy seat makes longer rides a breeze. I’m absolutely loving my new Heybike—it’s opened up a whole new way for me to enjoy being outside.

The bike came well packed with every tool to put it together. It went together quickly. I tried out the folding mechanism and it worked well. I won’t use that often. In the few days I’ve had it I have received a lot of compliments “great looking bike”. It is easy to use and I love the full color display. I’m very happy with this purchase. Great value for the price!

I honestly chose this bike because it was one of two that they actually had in the store. I liked the heavy-duty frame because I've been hit on my E-scooter by a car, so I wanted a sturdy bike, and it has a great headlight! It keeps a charge really well, and this is a huge improvement over the e-scooter. The front wheel and headlight were a bit difficult to assemble. I highly recommend this e-bike to anyone wanting a great e-bike for a great price then this bikes is for YOU!

As an older woman I was hesitant to buy an e-bike. I can’t say enough good things about this one. It’s strong, powerful, fast! And most of all stable- which gives me confidence when riding. I love the safety features such as the headlight, brake lights and especially the horn.

I've had this ebike now for a few weeks and have really enjoyed it. The build quality is great and it feels so solid when you are cruising around. The bike really responds great and is a blast to ride. Highly recommend this bike!

I bought this eBike (Ranger S 2.0) for my wife for her birthday and an early Christmas present. She absolutely loves it. She loved the retro look, but most importantly, she loves how fun and easy it is to ride anywhere with ease. She said this gave her a reason to spend more time with the kids out on the trails & that everyone needs one of these! I have the HeyBike Mars 2.0 & love mine as well!

Im New at E-Bikes , but this bike takes it. It has everything a person needs. It has comfort, accessorys, and reliability. Friends came over and neatness to say, they ended up buying 2 of them for themselves . Very good quality

Pretty comfortable and quick. The build quality feels great and it's foldability will be nice when storing it for winter. It's heavy though, so if you expect to be putting it in the back of your vehicle it could be a problem.

We just purchased two of these bikes, shipping was fast, boxes had some damage but bikes were ok, assembly was fairly easy, just need to take your time and use the video and the instructions, the bikes are fast and we love that the bikes have an app. Battery charged up in a reasonable amount of time. We bought this bike for many reasons, foldability and features, but especially liked the road tire vs the knobby tire in this model.

This is mynsecond Hey Bike purchase. This Best buy exclusive the Ranger 2.0 not only looks sharp, but the new and improved screen is a nice touch. Lotsnof pwer, smooth ride, and who could complain aboutbthe convenience of the bike being foldable.

They were very helpful in picking out my first Ebike at the BestBuy in Federal Way. This is a Class 3 so it may kick in a little more with the peddle assist than what you want for getting exercise. The throttle (right handle bar) levels are controlled through the app and labeled peddle assist PAS which was a little confusing. But was cleared up through customer service. The throttle is very helpful when crossing streets and you need to pick up the pace quickly. If you want more of a challenge you need to turn the peddle assist (PAS) from 1 to 0 in order to use it just as a bike. PAS 1-5 (left handle bar) correlates to how fast you're peddling so the sensor is automatic and there is no speed limit that you can set in PAS 1, PAS 2, PAS 3 and beyond. But the higher PAS level you are in the more the peddle assist kicks in giving you more of a boost. Hard to explain I hope this helps. I had no idea how the e-bike is supposed to work since this is my first one. It is really fun and comfortable which is the most important part to me! And now I can keep up with my husband on trails instead of me trailing behind. I love the step through style and higher handle bars for more of a cruiser type ride. If you want a bike that isn't as fast or you want more exercise I would recommend getting a Class 1 or 2.

We picked one of these up in the store and liked it so much we ordered another one! It was easy to assemble and the fat tires make it incredibly stable and fun to ride. The electric assist is great for us seniors. We’re excited to take them to the beach in the near future!

This bike is a lot of fun to ride!...I cruise around Downtown Los Angeles and get compliments that its a cool looking retro style ride...I'm very happy that I purchased it...Heybike knows how to make a quality product.

The bike is nice to ride. Wouldnt recommend off-roading tho. Took a hard spill and had to fix some parts. The frame of the bike is in good condition still even after a hard fall.

My wife loves it. Alot of torque for hills and now she wants to go biking everywhere!
