I wish I could give this a full 5 stars, but it does not go 28 mph only 20 mph even with pedaling it does not weight 71 pounds as well it is 92 pounds as advertised, but it is fun. I HIGHLY do not recommend it being shipped as, for me, the delivery company did not give two figs about the product. The part where the brake pads are was warped to the point it catches on the brakes from transit so I have to shell out more to fix that. The instructions are online videos, but all I had to put together was the display, quick release pedals and just charge the battery up. The battery was reeeally snug in there so it took some work to get it out. Other than those issues, I enjoy using it while riding about in town. It handles well when I hit some worn out road. The phone holder fits my galaxy a17 perfectly and has room for bigger phones. The lock is weird - a bit fun to goof off with - and a bit short, but it is sturdy.

This bike is powerful, comfortable, and easy to use. The foldable step-thru frame is very practical, the battery lasts a long time, and the ride is smooth and stable. My kids love it, and it’s perfect for family rides or daily commuting. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this e-bike for a while now and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The 750W motor has more than enough power, even for hills or carrying extra weight. What surprised me the most is how smooth and stable it feels, even at higher speeds. The folding feature is a huge plus for me since I can easily take it with me or store it without taking up too much space. Battery life is solid — I can ride for a good amount of time without worrying about charging constantly. I’ve used it for casual rides, running errands, and even taking it with me on trips, and it performs great every time. The fat tires give it really good grip and confidence on different terrains. For the price, I honestly don’t think there’s anything better out there. If you’re thinking about getting an e-bike, this one is 100% worth it.

This bike is amazing. Long lasting battery. It gets up to speed extremely fast. Super easy to assemble. Great shocks. The led lights illuminate a block. I can’t recommend this enough. Easy to use. Probably my favorite purchase I’ve ever done! Great miles! Bike is sturdy!

My husband and I bought this bike and another lower end e- bike for a trip to Glacier National Park and future camping trips. I liked this one for the longer range and upgraded seat option which I thought was standard based on when we looked at it in the store but I had to order it extra from Lectric. ($59+tax). This bike is fun and it holds a charge for what we needed. It was easy to assemble. However I have been disappointed with how clunky and loud the gears are, this is my first E-bike but my husbands bike doesn’t do that. The paint also scratches off easy and it struggles going up inclines, but I still love this bike.

Love the power and comfort of the Lectric XP4 750 Long Range eBike and the ease to fold and transport

Absolutely love this bike. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and responsive, and it exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. It’s made getting outside and exercising enjoyable again. Easy to assemble and feels very well built. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made.

[Employee of bestbuy] I don't drive. And in the past I've had to rely on public transportation to get me to where I needed to go. Not anymore. Already put on over 200 miles on this bike as my daily commuter and it handles like a champ! Added a few mirrors and she's good to go for the road.

I Love it!!! I ride 16 miles everyday to go play pickleball, without using pedal assist. On the way home, I use the throttle the whole time, and still have battery left!!! It’s Great!!!

It’s a good bike but 80 mile rage is not true as advertised.

Crappie... no help at all I bought a Ebike new in a box took home and the bike doesn't work and i paid $1'300 dollars for this bike and i went back and the manager said he cant help me and they don't take bike back i have to contact the manufacturer of the bike.. SORRY. And thats it.. im #@$#. basically... So its been a month since i bought the bike and haven't rode it yet... Best but shouldn't sell things they dont stand behind.. and warranty these bike .. So no help from best buy... So don't buy from this place... And this is best buy at portland OR. CASCADE STATION.. SUCKS.....8/02/2025

I bought the Lectric XP4 750 and it has exceeded my expectations. The 750W motor has plenty of power for hills, the acceleration is smooth, and the ride feels stable even on rough roads. The battery lasts much longer than I expected, so I don’t have to worry about charging after every ride. I also love that it folds up, making it easy to store or transport. The hydraulic brakes inspire confidence, and the included accessories add a lot of value. Whether I’m commuting, running errands, or just enjoying a ride, this bike makes every trip fun. If you’re looking for a powerful, comfortable, and dependable e-bike that delivers great value for the money, the XP4 750 is an easy 5-star recommendation.

I am 5 ft and less than 110 lbs. Initially, my spouse ordered Vanpower ebikes for both of us. I tried one that my spouse had opened and it felt too big on the handle and heavy. It was uncomfortable to ride and felt unsafe. Then we looked at different ebikes. The Lite Lectric ebike seemed best for a tiny lady like me, but it was too late to order because we were ready for an RV trip to Montana. So we found a Lectric ebike, but not the Lite one, at Best Buy. I tried sitting on it and holding the handlebars and noticed it was very comfortable and the right bike for me. We went on an RV trip to Montana and did a lot of ebike riding. This thing is a truly amazing bike, really smooth riding, and the pedal assist is great. The battery charge was good. My spouse wants to trade for this Lectric because we have the same batteries, but his was down to 40% and my bike had 70% left. My spouse told me my bike is way better than his and he wants to switch to the Lectric bike. I'm glad I bought this bike .

Had a long review but had issues posting. So here is a "shorter" review. Unfortunately, I got one of the bad motor bikes. Loud and sent vibrations through the bike under heavy torque. Luckily, Lectric has quick and awesome customer service in Arizona (remember Best Buy does not allow returns or service e-bikes). After confirming purchase and serial number. Sending a video of the noise. Lectric shipped a new wheel/motor. In under an hour I had it swapped out. Pay close attention to order of nuts, washers and retaining bits. Now the bike rides as intended. Thanks to Katie at Lectric. The whole process took about a week from first email to final fix and riding. So, the bike. This is my 5th e-bike, 3rd from Lectric. And this bike is what the dream is all about. Finally, no more ghost riding (peddling and not keeping up or adding an effort to the motor). Now the bike has proper gears, plenty of ride modes and with torque sensor, your effort is actually used to extend rides. And long rides are possible with the much larger battery. Maybe not 85mi, but 30-55 depending on effort and terrain. At over 50 myself, with bad knees from 30 years of physical work. It is great when you power over hills or when simply tired to be able to just throttle back to the start of the trail. The goal is to be outside and get some exercise. Nobody likely buys a 70'ish pound bike to peddle the whole way. As for the combo kit. The items are good, but it is the stuff the bike should always have. It used to be extra money on the early bikes, but is now usually added on as a bonus. This group is the items you do want and will use. Overall, Lectric is the biggest e-bike seller in the US for a massive reason. The bikes are mostly affordable, optioned well for the price, built with quality items to not give you grief and their customer service is top notch. Also, don't forget that their batteries and chargers have not had to be recalled over safety issues. This is their gen 4 bike and they just keep getting better. For the price and reputation, you won't find better for less money. One final thing. While the bike is shipped "ready to go". You will spend about 15min unwrapping the bike. Installing the seat into post, clicking peddles on, unfolding bike and handlebars and airing up the tires. No tools needed short of the air pump. Easy to give for Christmas. Just give them the whole box and add a bike pump in the stocking.

This is a solid ebike. The range of the battery is amazing and its comfortable. I highly recommend this ebike to anyone looking

The build quality on this bike is genuinely impressive. It folds up compactly and fits easily in the back of my small car, making it incredibly practical for everyday use. Everything about it feels solid and well-constructed — nothing flimsy or cheap about it. I've been riding it for three months now without a single issue. It's been completely reliable from day one. In fact, I'm so happy with it that I'm already planning to buy a second one for my wife. If you're on the fence, don't be — this eBike is well worth it. Highly recommend!

Bought it as a Christmas present for my son (16) He loves it! It was easy to set up took us less than an hour. Drives real smooth, the pedal assist is great when going uphill. Battery life is excellent, 45mins to an hour has only used up about a quarter life. Overall it's a nice ebike.

Pros: excellent value (try matching specs in bikes twice the price), name brand parts - very few proprietary parts, good supporting documents and tutorials on the website and YouTube. If you’ve a basic knowledge of bikes, and can read, you’ll find the bike relatively easy to maintain and repair. Do invest in a torque wrench set. I can’t speak to customer service as I’ve yet to need it. Cons: stock tires and tubes, while not bad, are prone to flats. The headlight: it tends to break at the mounting point above the fender. Look around for an improved mounting bracket, or improvise for damping. Overall, you get a lot of e-bike for the price. If you’re willing and able to do basic maintenance, and the occasional repair, it’s almost an ideal e-bike.
