An android tv is able to programmed to interact with your Android cell phone.There's definitely more fun and advantages enjoying tv watching. It's really simple to do with initial set up of the tv. You'll be prompted by the tv.

An android tv has access to more apps than a smart tv thanks to google play. Otherwise there are no real significant difference.
