If you find any loose wire, insert it into the port properly, and if you haven't found any, then unplug all the wires connected to the tv and plug them in properly. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi I own this kind of tv and it works wonderful here are the steps on how to turn off your screen saver. Step 1 go to Settings. Step 2 go to system. Step 3 go to Advanced Settings. Step 4 go to Screen Saver then step 5 click on Screen Saver to turn it off. I hope you get this message as soon as you can so it helps. Good Luck.
