Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55H8G. Once the Rii mini i8 bluetooth keyboard has the same frequency of 5.0 it should connect. Please perform a factory reset, by going to settings>>device preferences>>factory reset, If this does not resolve the issue, please reach out directly to our support team at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected].
