Hi Hisense Customer, The Hisense 55U8K features a single optical output. Users have the option to connect it using a compatible optical splitter. However, it's important to note that digital audio splitters commonly result in signal attenuation. This occurs because the male end adapter, typically equipped with 4 strands of fibers, splits into 2 strands of fibers for each female adapter. For a more immersive surround sound experience, we recommend connecting the TV directly to a stereo receiver.
