I've had mine for about 6 weeks. There has been both a firmware, and a software update a couple of weeks ago that has solved many issues. Be advised, do the firmware update by downloading it to a flash drive from Hisense website, and not through the system in the tv. I tried both ways, and the manual install works, the system update did not. I was experiencing frozen pictures occasionally, and factory resets would not work. I was in touch with Hisense tech support a few times, and finally got someone who knew his stuff. He told me to do it manually. Maybe the initial updates have solved this, I don't know, I've been glitch free ever since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I finally fixed the problem by reading the PDF owner's manual then turning "OFF" the "AUTO" options. I found the following settings work best for us: System/Picture/General/: Picture Mode - "Standard"; Automatic Light Mode Sensor - "Off"; Content Type Auto Detection - "Off"; Apply Picture Settings - "All Sources". We run this TV 15-hours a day 7-days a week. After four months it is still the best TV picture and audio sound we have ever encountered. Well-done Hisense!
