It probably doesn't have a setting for it and would likely only go to 120hz @ 1080p. I've bought some cheap tvs in the past and the source is usually what controls the refresh rate. I was only able to get some tvs to 120hz using a computer with a GPU to manually set the refresh timing. Other than that, all my devices looked at it like it was 1080p@60hz, or 4k@24/30hz. Although this does support 4k@60hz, it probably lacks the processing power to interpolate the frames for smooth motion at 120hz. This is just a hunch, of course, but it looks like no one is answering question for best buy.
