Does this TV have ON/OFF timer or just sleep timer null

Yes, its hidden under settings-> system. I'm baffled as to why they didn't put it on the remote, how inconvenient.

I have hunted for the sleep timer with no luck. There is no "system" section under settings. Any other suggestions?
