• yOU NEED TO USE THE tv REMOTE not YOUR CABLE REMOTE - look for the =_ { three lines icon on the remote ( on the right about halfway down } tap it and your setting menu will come up

• On the remote: Push the house symbol button located just below the ok and down arrow buttons. Scroll to the right until you see settings. click on settings. picture is at the top.

• To adjust picture setting, click the 'Menu' button on the remote. It is located on the right side of the remote, below the button with the blue line. Then a list of setting options, including picture mode will appear.
