“I purchased this and have an Amazon Fire Stick 4K. It will not show in 4K at all. I can take it to two other 4K TV's that I have and it shows 4K. Also channel scan finds 110 digital and 2 analog and when I go to watch it shows 1. Support is worthless”

I scan channels, it says it found 110 digital 2 analog. When it's done I go to watch TV and it only shows 1 analog channel no other channels are available. It's not my cable provider I have had this same setup on 2 different TV's one of which was a Hisense 50 inch 4K TV. Somethings wrong with that and then there is the HDMI 4K issue with the 4K fire stick.
