“Well I purchased it on BF and I am not so happy. Menu is laggy and gets stuck to the point i have pull the cord out to reboot the tv. Anyone else experienced it? And idea how to deal with before i attempt to return it?”

Hello Jake, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television lagging. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same issues. Constantly have to unplug and plug it back in. Many apps lag, freeze, or crash. Recently if watching Hulu for a while, the tv reboots on its own. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
