Is all the content on the disc? Or are later chapters all download codes? I'd hate to buy this physical copy and still have to download a significant portion of the game. null

They come with the disc. However, for the steelbook version the 3 additional episodes will become available in the summer, which I guess have to be downloaded.

Everything is with the game all dlc all chapters. It's the best for the price.

You will get all the episodes in Season One which is the 6 main missions plus the bonus missions. I believe the bonus missions however are in a DL code that comes with the physical disc.
