Doesn't really have "online play" as it's a singleplayer game. Both versions are disc. Deluxe comes with the Dark Arts Pack (i.e. Thestral Mount, Clothing, Dark Arts Arena). The normal game doesn't include this content, however if you preorder either version you get an Onyx Hippogriff mount. If you want a digital version, just buy it on the playstation store.
