• you may using Chromecast Audio device. So you ask Google Home: Hey Google. Play "The beatles " on the Jawbone (or whatever name you want to assign" Google Home will download form the service you set up (pandora, Spotify Google Play music etc) then send the signal to use Chromecast Audio device that is connected to Jawbone. I do have that done with my Bose

• NO, It cannot connect to external Bluetooth speakers as it doesn't have a inbuilt Bluetooth . It can only connect with speakers if they have inbuilt chromecast.

• The Google Home does not have bluetooth capabilities as of now. I am using it with my Big Jambox but I needed to buy a chromecast audio device to plug into the Jambox speaker. With the chromecast audio on the same network as the Google Home you should be able to use any self powered speaker that has a input jack.

• If it has Bluetooth capability, then it should. Check specs: Bluetooth 4.0/4.1 should be backward compatible.
