Though Pandora, Spotify, Google Play music and I believe through YouTube, as per the device standalone I do not think it can be done

Ttry saying that again, and include the device name." I have 4 rooms configure with different devices (Master bedroom, Living room, Family room and kitchen" Next: "Hey Google. Beeps." can you paly white noise in the kitchen?" Response: Playing the album Kitchen Fan sound on Google Play Music (I am subscribed, possible would be the same using youtube, pandora, spotify) As per paying from the device itself. That I have not tried.
