• Only English to Korean, not Korean to English, unfortunately.

• Yes, it works like Google Translate. You have to tell it to translate between languages every time though. so not good for carrying conversation but good enough to ask it for phrases.

• I just asked, "Ok Google, how do you say 'I eat breakfast in the morning' in Korean? It responded in what sounded like Korean, but I couldn't confirm how accurate it was. If you say, "Ok Google translate..." it replies "Sorry, I can't help with that yet."
