It can be used wherever you have a private wifi connection and a place to plug it in. There are multiple accessories in the form of multicolor bases. You can't use this with any form of cellular services. It is the same price in store as in online and if not they will always price match from their own website. It can also be setup from any iOS device or android phone. It can also easily control chromecasts, play music, and answer queries from google.
