Trying to find the app I need to set up google home. null

You need the Google Home app available from the Google Play Store.

I found the app on the Apple App Store but instructions say there's a droid app also. Search for "Google Home" app

The app is called Home. (Formerly called Google Cast.) Find it in the Play store, and the logo looks the outline of a house done in Google's colors.

Go to the Play Store and type in Google home app. It should be the one at the top of the list. Enjoy
