In this version, no. But rumor is with the next version of Google home, they will integrate wifi capabilities so it can act as an access point.

Please try again later.the google home itself cannot be used as a wifi router. however the google wifi system is controlled from within the same app. I dont have the google wifi system but I would imagine if it is not already implemented that in the future you should be able to control the google wifi system from the google home by voice. here's the wifi: https://madeby.google.com/wifi/
