• Sonos doesn't work with any interactive speakers (yet), but you can connect a Chromecast Audio to it and cast music from the google home to it. Not ideal but kind of works

• No, currently Google home will not be able to control Sonos. only device (apart from all smart home lights and bulbs etc) it directly supports is chromecast (audio and video). Amazon Echo seems to start supporting Sonos soon. you might want to consider it as a option.
