• You could probably get it to repeat the phrase "Xbox On" if you really tried... :) But in all seriousness, it cannot out of the box.

• NO, BUT....... If like me you have a "Logitech Harmony Hub" to control all of your entertainment devices you can make an applet in "IFTTT" that the HOME works with to turn on anything in the Harmony Hub. I turn on my Cable, TV, DVD, XBox One, etc. with it.
