Hello Anonymous: Puzzles don’t always present all of its pieces to us at one time. First I have to rearrange my room to properly vent my room air conditioner. Also I contacted tech support for some support. The person was very informative. I hope this was helpful. So you can enjoy your room portable air conditioner.
