Look at your display. Make sure it is,the snowflake symbol that is,lit up. I made that mistake myself. Also check to make sure,the vent is,going to the outside properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you hear the compressor kick on, followed by the exhaust blower when you set it to cool and turn the temperature down? If yes and it still isn’t cooling you probably got a bad unit. If no, make sure the settings are correct and that it is vented properly. If everything looks right take it back
