PLEASE, GET THE 12,000 BTU. IT WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE. I HAD BOTH AND PREFER THE 12,000!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Based on my experience, the 10,000 BTU unit (which we have) would be more than sufficient. It uses a standard 3-prong plug, but draws enough current that we blew a breaker at first when we had the portable A/C, iron, and vacuum cleaner all running at the same time on the same circuit. Do not know what the Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) is for this unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 10,000 BTU and it works well for one room. The extra BTUs is always a plus. Yes it will fit a regular 3 prong plug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 10,000 BTU and it feels like 6,000 so even the 12k may be not enough :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem but at 600 square feet I would get the 12k model.
