• We've not had any problems with our fan or parts, but I think Honeywell has a website for replacement parts.

• Have used it during this miraculously cool summer, no putting the a/c on. Works excellently well: revolving, keeping a breeze... I have NOT used the remote. Prefer to get some exercise by physically changing the settings. Did you get a service contract? Bring it to your dealer.
