Just FYI this only goes out to cusotmers who have ourchased thiis to answer questions. Best Buy will not see our message. You can call the companuy for a replacement, but easier to just print this out or just see rom computer Link below and I will try to attach the manual to this message but it could be too big. Try to download the attachment of there is one and taht is the official manual with cleaning instructions on page 3. https://www.manualslib.com/download/990932/Honeywell-Hul535-Series.html Just realized that this message is a whole year old, so probably never mind!!! But in case you still want the manual I will send tjhis anyway.
