“Will it automaticly change from heat to emergency heat”

• If your current unit has wires for emergency heat, then yes. There is also a difference between manual and automatic emergency heat. They are two different wires, but either way they will go in the same spot on the new controller.

• It will automatically change from heat to cool. Although I am not sure about Emergency Heat.

• This thermostat does not feature emergency heat.

• Yes. You can actually set it to cool mode, heat mode, or auto mode from both the thermostat itself and the app.

• You can set it to full auto mode, heat only, cool only and off. In auto mode there is a heat turn on low level and cool high level temp for each day.
