“Can the app support two different home locations with these thermostats? We just bought a lake home with this thermostat and already have our home thermostat connected to the app. We can't figure out how to add a second home.”

You need to set up different accounts with different emails for each house. Then sign out of one house and sign in to the 2nd house to control separate locations. It may be easier to put one house on your phone and the other house on your wife's phone. That way you do not have to sign out and sign in.
