• Yes it can be set up on a laptop. Sign into https://mytotalconnectcomfort.com/portal/Account/TermsAndConditions.. and create an account. Then you will be able to use your email and passcode to log-in and change the temperature and the schedule.

• You configure the device initially directly from the thermostat. You can configure your account online from any internet device.
