Does anyone know where the device crc is located? I found the Mac ID on the back of the unit, but I have no idea where the CRC number is or what it represents! I emailed Honeywell on this and have no response from them. Registration requirement! null

This device appears to only use the MAC ID. I had similar issues.

Hi pckeys, the T5+ only has a MAC ID. The T5+ is registered through the Honeywell Home app, and a CRC is not required to register the thermostat. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact our support at 1-800-633-3991
