Hello-my heater cut off after I relocated it. I slid it across the floor. The heater is now unresponsive to any buttons I press. It is not working in any outlet I try. The lights blink and a red light flashes when I press the red underfoot. null

I can only say that the heaters cuts off when picked up; I guess related to the auto shutoff for falls. When that happens, pressing the power button to restart has worked every time.
