“My Hoover Cruise cordless stick vacuum wont turn off. Only way to get it to stop running is to remove the battery. Any suggestions?”

• It has a lock function on the trigger so that you don't have to hold it in, make sure that is not on by simply sliding the light gray switch on the handle towards the collection tank. Hope that helps!
