Hello, It is possible that the switch is stuck in the "on" position. To turn it off simply push the switch forward. If this does not solve the problem, please give our Cordless Customer Service team a call at 1-888-679-2121 or message us on Facebook. We hope this helps! - Jenna
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a lock function on the trigger so that you don't have to hold it in, make sure that is not on by simply sliding the light gray switch on the handle towards the collection tank. Hope that helps!
